Our Team

Chris Flaris
Co-Founder
Christopher, a Mechanical Engineer and alumnus of the University of Hawaii-Manoa (Class of 2019), brings a unique blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial drive to his work. He is currently a Nuclear Facilities Engineer at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, where he leverages his engineering background to support critical infrastructure. Christopher also holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurial Studies from Hawaii Pacific University. His journey as an entrepreneur began in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he successfully bought, renovated, and sold multiple properties between 2006 and 2018. This hands-on experience in real estate allowed him to develop a keen eye for market opportunities and the skills to maximize property value. In 2019, Christopher moved his family to Vancouver, Washington, where he continued his real estate ventures. He sold his Hawaii properties, achieving top-dollar returns
through strategic renovations. Upon settling in Vancouver, Christopher and his wife Maria purchased an Adult Family Care Home business. Within a year, they expanded by acquiring and renovating a second property. Both homes now serve as rentals for the care home business, reflecting Christopher’s commitment to creating safe and comfortable spaces for those in need. Christopher is deeply passionate about helping families, especially those facing challenging circumstances such as foreclosure. He specializes in cash property purchases, offering solutions to homeowners in financial distress. His approach is
rooted in integrity, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in his community. Whether navigating complex engineering projects, managing thriving businesses, or assisting families in crisis, Christopher exemplifies dedication, resourcefulness, and a heart for service.
